The primary role is to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve service requests

 

Job Description

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues (Fundamental).
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications; working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment

 

Key Competencies

• Excellent Oral and written communication skills

Others Any Graduate / Diploma Holder with Basic knowledge of Software and Hardware

BE/BTECH/MBA/MCA candidates are not eligible.
