Role : WESB Midlevel developer
Completes the delivery of design, code or testing for modules or multiple functions related to IS development initiatives.
– Prepares requirement definition, design, technical specifications.
– Provides coding, testing and implementation support
– Analyzes user requirements, and defines technical project scope and assumptions for assigned tasks.
– Creates business and/or technical designs for new systems, and/or modifications to existing systems.
– Formal experience in understanding and application of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required.

4-7 years of experience in the design, development and deployment of n-tier enterprise applications using SOA, ESB, J2EE.
Experience with architecture and design of SOA applications.
Good Knowledge of SOA, integration patterns and the role of WESB in integration.
Experience with Agile Based implementations – Scrum based.
Hands on development with ESB features like transformation, mediation and routing within Webspher ESB.
WESB (Websphere Enterprise Service Bus) for these 4 resources.
Good knowledge of standards/technologies that enable messaging, including XML, WSDL, SOAP, JMS, HTTP and SSL
Experience preparing technical design documentation.
Strong background in full life cycle development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Possess a strong understanding of IT concepts including database concepts, structures, software / application development techniques and testing techniques.
Must be proactive and collaborative
Experience working with a cross-functional team composed of onsite and offshore resources.

DESIRED SKILLS (not mandatory):
Experience with any of the Integration technologies like BPMS (IBM Lombardi), BRMS (IBM iLOG), ECM (IBM Filenet), Portal (IBM Portal) solution – “Nice to have”
Financial services or banking industry experience
Experience in working Payments domain will be a huge added advantage
Good understanding of software development life cycle and coding standards.
Experience in configuration management and code version control.
Technical documentation content and template creation skills.
Time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Experience on MS CRM dynamics 4.0 , 2011 – Plugins , Custom workflows , customizations
Knowldege on c# ,
Knowledge on SQL server 2005 / 2008 ,
