  • Enter tickets into SM7.
  • Escalate problems to 2nd level teams (LandMark, AT&T, T-Systems, TLS Tier 2 etc.)
  • Keep users updated on the progress of pending investigations.
  • Seeing problems through to resolution and confirming with customers.
