- Receive calls from RTOC/DART centers in EU, AP & UA.
- Enter tickets into SM7.
- Escalate problems to 2nd level teams (LandMark, AT&T, T-Systems, TLS Tier 2 etc.)
- Keep users updated on the progress of pending investigations.
- Seeing problems through to resolution and confirming with customers.
